Though small, this 5x7 piece is the culmination of five years of practice. It was the first work I created using this specific technique and remains deeply personal, tied to my own recovery. The colours were inspired by John Lennon’s Imagine album playing in the background as I painted.
This piece both a turning point in my journey and a reflection of healing through sound and colour; It was shortly after completing this piece, that I felt healed enough to begin helping others on their own recovery journey.
